We have an automated tracking system that allows you to monitor the progress of your order with the click of a mouse or the swipe of a screen. The status of your order will be updated in your account - simply log in to track your parcels. Of course, you can always contact customer services via chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org to track your order. We are in the office from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We track every parcel daily from the moment you place it to the point it's delivered so you can rest assured your order is in safe hands and will reach your recipient. If there are any problems, we will take immediate action and resend the parcel and update you accordingly. If nobody is home when we try to deliver, a card will usually be left. Delivery will be reattempted the next day or instructions will be left by the courier.
