Return Policy
Returns:
We accept anytime returns on all products in store. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it complete with instructions/manuals and it's original packaging/box.
Please Note: We can NOT accept returns for products that you have manually adjusted and or removed links from yourself.
Our standard policy lasts 60 days. If those days have past since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange for worn items. To complete your return - contact us for a return number. Please do not send your purchase back prior to contacting us first through our site contact form, email or via telephone.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment usually within 1-3 working days.
If your order arrives and you have changed your mind you can cancel the order up to 60 days after you receive the items. The original postage cost is non-refundable and you will need to pay the return postage costs.
Note: The £5 sizing adjustment fee is non-refundable and this will be deducted from your original cost. There is also a non-refundable £5 fee for bracelets returned without a box and or any provided tooling.
Missing Refunds:
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 24hrs. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. PayPal payments are usually instant and will be back in your account as soon as the refund is initiated by us. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Exchanges:
We'll replace any items if they are defective or damaged or you simply do not like/want the product, however only during the 60 day return policy period. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
