After your payment is verified, it takes an estimated 1-3 business days to process, ship and receive your order within the United Kingdom.
Priority shipping is available on standard orders before 1pm. This is also a Mon-Fri service only so please make sure you are aware of this when sending products as gifts. Weekend & bank holiday priority next day shipping orders will be sent out on the next working day.
Note: Non-standard size orders may require an extra 24hrs for the required manual adjustment of your jewellery piece, please bare this in mind when making the upgrade to next day delivery.
International tracked deliveries may vary based on the country. Europe 5-7 days and ROW up to 15 days estimate for some remote countries.
Once your shipping confirmation is emailed you will receive your tracking number. Again, you can simply follow your parcels journey via our easy check Tracking Page onsite. Alternatively please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Any brand new product can be returned to us for a full refund or store credit at anytime without question, so long as it's complete with all it's original packaging/box/contents. Missing boxes or packaging will occur a £5 fee.

Any shipping charges, or promotional items are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for any returned goods unless the wrong item has been sent out to you. Once we receive it back and verify the contents we'll quickly process a full refund back to you via your original payment method.
