The delivery was excellent, and the bracelet was better than expected, it was a little difficult to remove a few links but did it in the end and I am really pleased with it. People have remarked on the bracelet on its looks and have asked if I have felt any benefit. I have arthritis in my hands and shoulder and knee and I have felt better I must admit as I was sceptical at first.

The link removal tool is tricky to use and took me quite a while to remove some links and then needed some pliers as well but now it's done it's great.

I bought this because i have trouble with my thumbs hurting on both hands right one worse. I've on had the bracelet a couple days and I put it on my right wrist. So far it seems to be helping. My hand dont hurt as bad as they it. Im pretty sure its either arthritis or carpal tunnel. But if I can avoid some kind of surgery, I'm wearing the bracelet. I like the fact it has more magnets than a lot of the bracelets. I hope it works for anyone else who buy it.

Copper and magnets are both beneficial, even if it's hard to pinpoint exactly how much pain relief is achieved. The bracelet is comfortable and nice looking. The sizing tool worked perfectly (after one pin broke, but there are three extra pins provided) Overall I'm happy!
